This website is run by Dayle Frost. We are responsible for the personal information you give us. Contact us about your data using the contact form on the home page.
What we collect and why
When you use our contact form we receive your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and your message. We use them only to reply to you and to provide anything you ask us for. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or taking steps at your request before a contract.
We do not sell your information or use it for marketing unless you ask us to.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete them.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us as described at the top of this page and we will reply within one month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
