What you get

Everything a small business needs to turn a search into a phone call, and nothing it does not.

A page built for one job

Calls, bookings or enquiries. Your page is planned around the one thing you want visitors to do, with the button for it never far away.

Set up to be found

Page titles, headings and business details written for the words your customers really type, plus help setting up your Google Business Profile.

Fast on any phone

Light, simple pages that open quickly on mobile data. Most of your visitors will be on a phone, so that is where it is tested first.

Enquiries straight to you

A contact form with spam protection that sends messages to your inbox, plus tap-to-call and a map link.

Yours to keep

The domain, hosting and site are in your name from day one. If you ever want to move on, you take everything with you.

Easy edits if you need them

If something changes often, like a menu or price list, you get a simple editor so you can update it yourself.

Pretty is not enough. It has to be found.

A good-looking website nobody finds is just a cost. Every page I build is set up so Google understands what you do and where, and so local customers pick you over the next result.

Clear titles and headings

Each page says plainly what you do and where you do it.

Local details done properly

The same name, address and phone on your site, your Google profile and everywhere else.

Quick on a phone

Slow pages lose customers and rank lower. Mine are built light from the start.

Cafe Siena, Birkenhead

A breakfast and coffee cafe by Birkenhead Park. Opening hours, the menu, the address and a booking button all sit within one tap on a phone, and each page is written around what locals search for, like brunch and dog-friendly cafes.

Concept site, made to show the approach. Not a paid job.

How it works

Four steps, and you only need to be there for the first two.

  1. A quick chat

You tell me what you do, who your customers are and where they find you. Face to face if you are near the Wirral, by phone or video if not.

  2. Pick a design

I make two or three different designs using your real words and photos. You choose the one that feels like you.

  3. Build and test

I build the page and check it for speed, phones, search and accessibility before you see the finished version.

  4. Go live

The site goes live in your name, I set up search tracking, and you get a one-page sheet with every login and detail.

Dayle Frost, who runs Lighthouse, sitting in front of a slatted wooden wall

Hi, I am Dayle

I run Lighthouse on my own, from the Wirral. I started it to help small businesses near me get a website that actually brings in work, and I now take on businesses anywhere in the UK.

You deal with me from the first chat to the day it goes live. No account managers and no jargon.

My aim is simple: cut out the noise and keep what brings in enquiries.

Questions

What is a landing page?

One page built for one job, such as getting a customer to call, book or send an enquiry. For most small businesses it is all the website they need.

Do you only work with Wirral businesses?

No. I am based on the Wirral and can meet local businesses in person, but I work with small businesses anywhere in the UK over phone and video.

Will I own my website?

Yes. The domain, hosting and site are set up in your name. I never hold them back, and you can take them elsewhere whenever you like.

Can I change things myself?

Yes. Your text, photos and prices can be changed in a simple editor. For anything else, just send me a message.

How do I get my small business found on Google?

Use clear page titles and headings, keep the same name, address and phone everywhere, make sure the page loads fast on a phone, and set up a Google Business Profile. Real reviews from real customers help too.

Tell me about your business

Send a few lines about what you do and what you want your website to do. I will reply myself, usually with a couple of questions.
